CHURCH STREET COMPANY
CHURCH STREET COMPANY identifies sound investment opportunities for its clients, which include both high net worth individuals and institutional investors, presenting them with the opportunity to invest directly in institutional quality real estate assets and thus achieve a greater overall degree of investment diversification. Church Street structures each investment opportunity, securing debt and equity financing at acquisition, and then provides the services necessary to implement and manage each project in a manner intended to maximize returns to its investors.
With 20 years of successful experience in the multi-family industry, Church Street today offers expertise in all facets of the industry, including the development, acquisition, disposition, financing, and asset management of apartment communities, with an emphasis on value add strategies. The company has also successfully completed townhome and condominium developments as well as apartment-to-condo conversions.
One constant in all of the company’s projects has been a consistent emphasis on location. Church Street has exclusively targeted opportunities only in the strongest submarkets of growing southeastern cities with stable and diversified economies. We believe that this emphasis on location enhances long term returns, and perhaps more importantly, significantly mitigates an investment’s downside. Since its inception, the Company has consistently provided outstanding returns for its investors. At a time of increased volatility in the financial markets, Church Street stands ready to create value and security for its investors through careful execution of the same sound investment fundamentals that have made Church Street a recognized leader in its industry.
